cucv 1008 relay

Did the bypass for the resistor to the relay, put new glow plugs in, new relay in, went to start it, and its not cycling on and off, also got 12 volts to each post, except the bottom post on relay, any ideas?

Napa st85, and 60g plugs

Sounds like your controller may be bad or your temp sensor.

Did your system work before you resupplied the GP relay with 12volts?

Ok, trying to find the temp sensor in the wiki now, do you know the number off hand for that

No, it cranks but wont cycle the relay, but wait light goes out

Have you removed and visually inspected your controller card? You asked where to get one yesterday.

Yeah, it looked ok, no burn marks anyway, nothing loose, just trying to cross check that sensor number, we dont have oreillys where im at

It was a BWD number, wasn't it?

That is the manufacturers number. Just give it to the place you go to get the part.

Bring that thing up here to Jonestown PA and we will fix that thing. I just had a fellow bring his CUCV M1009 truck here from NJ yesterday and we fixed up his CUCV starting glow plug system. Before he unloaded it off the trailer it was on. You are only an hour away. Get on 83 N - 81 N exit 90.

What does the big purple wire in the glow plug module wires power, cant find it in tm, i have no power to that wire
