This is the BASIC diagram for the charging system. To get a good idea of the workings of the charging system. Just thought I would post for posterity sake.

Same as the TM diagrams but without all the clutter.

Just took a closer look and found an error. The fuse for the GEN1 bulb and excitor circuit is the Blower fuse. It is not shown in the diagrams.

What about the Terminal Blocks for the 12v and 24v?

I need to know where the diode is at and the relays. I'm having issues with my charging system in my 86 blazer m1009 I believe. I ordered 2 alternators from hillbillywizard and wanted to check the relays and diode first before installing the alternators. Thanks
