Why does my cucv m1008 have twin alternators...does that mean that it is a m1028...? And does anyone know where I can find a dash...bench seat...and good motor...?

All CUCVs have two Alternators ...most are the Delco 100 amp 12V with isolated ground..so two in series are 24 volts.. The ambulances and certain others have two 24 volt 100 amp Leece Neville alternators...they are the big orange ones... Get the manuals and study them in bed for a few weeks. Junk yards are the best bet for finding the stuff you want... the dash pads are available from LMC truck ... ACE
