Was getting really tired of the hard shutting "clunk" and "butt-tap" with closing the door - now it works great!
Seems that the drivers door trim has a tendency to snag-up when boots brush against it going in and out of the cab - resulting in a bunching of the rubber seal in the lower corner area.
This leads to a "rubber-jam" on closing the door and sends the force into the hinges - easy fix if you don't let it go too far.
