OK so here's the deal, My M1009 has been at a mechanics for a few months. I got it back yesterday but there are a few problems he couldn't get fixed and a new one. The new one is that the key is stuck in the run position it will move to the start position but thats it, he said it was easy to replace that part key lock/cylinder lock? (can't remember what he called it) and also the horn will not stop when I turn the service lights on, and the turn signals stay solid when they are on (when I first got the cucv my wife said a little smoke would come out of the sterring column right after it started, but by the time I got home it wasn't doing it anymore) what might that have been and how do I take apart the column? (if needed) Thanks for your help.
