Cucv ii?

I got this thing from GL about a month ago is this considered a cucv II or not ?
It has 6.2 J code, 4l80e but the gvwr is only 8600lbs.
Just curious , and whats the plug on the trans tunnel for ?
Any info would be appreciated thanks.

Not a CUCV II. Just a GM truck used by the military. I have one just like it

The plug on the hump is a 24v plug. The power inverter is behind the seat.

Yeah no redish brown interior or the power inverter. Someone must have grabbed the inverter after it got recked.
