cucv m1010 glow plug issue

Originally had no glow plug operation. Replaced bad solenoid and all glow plugs. System works good now except that the cycling of the plugs continues fsr long then is safe for the glow plugs. On my m1009 cycling of the plugs last no longer than 30 seconds or so. However on the m1010 cycling easily continues for five minutes and way after the coolant temperature is hot. I swapped cards between my two cucvs and no luck. I checked and compared tempurature sensor readings and they seem to be ok. I couldn't find in the tms were the acceptable range for the sensor is. There is some strsnge history on the m1010 seeing as how it doesn't have the proper accessary drive on it meaning it has the two 50 amp alternators rather than the dual 200s and an ac compressor. I'm assuming its had an engine swap or something of that nature. That in mind anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

The stock M1010 has the two 200 amp 24v alternators and uses the blue DUVAC inverter for all the 12v items. Is the blue unit still installed on the drivers fender?

No none of that remains. Under the hood it looks like any other cucv except the ac lines and fuel lines for rear heater

Replaced the temp sensor which reports to the glow plug module. Truck did great for about five minutes then it was back to its old tricks.
