CUCV vs Civ Unit?

I have a question here... how different is a 6.2 CUCV Blazer from a 6.2 Civilian Blazer?

24v vs. 12v (more of a pain in the azz), CARC vs. normal paint (tougher but not your standard shiny normal color), brush guard vs., chrome bumpers, always non power everything.

But that's that isn’t it; or am I missing something that makes the mil blazer different?

Its mostly 'trim' that makes them different. The CUCV came with a 'gov-lock' standard, and a TH400 tranny. Also had the J code HD emmisions engine.

So overall they are going to be the same quality, just diffrent trim (CARC vs chrome) I was looking in a LMC truck catalog that I got and I think that some of the civ units had a 400 too, kinda wish the Gov't put the 700r4 in though.

They also have noise arrestors on all the motors to minimize interferance with the radios. The Diff vent on the front is mounted higher. I don't know about the back and how high the vent it mounted. Pintle hitch. Blackouts. No interior overhead light.
