CUCV wont stop running still??????

CUCV 1986 with HUMMV engine, I posted about I changed top of my IP and after engine wont shut down. Some of you told me to do a few things. Checked them out it appears top is on right. so I installed a shut off on return line that works good to turn off engine. Is that ok? My hot start problem is gone now with the right sielnoid So the no shut down is probably the seilnoid stuck?? can I buy new one and replace it?? Do they come out of the cover?
Thanks for the advice my truck is almost ready for me to drive around again.
