Curious about different light assemblies

No big deal but was curious about the different front turn/park light styles. Most trucks I have seen have just 1 per side, but a few, including one of mine, have 3 in 1 assembly on each side.

The 3 in 1 assembly is made up of a front facing turn/park, a rear facing turn, and a side clearance/park. Pictures below ('71 AMC on left, '65 Kaiser on right).

Was this a manufacturer difference, or did most units just remove the extra lights?

I am going to guess unit's. I like the added lights though and hope to some day add those to mine.

I may be wrong but I think the trucks that were used over in Europe had to have the lollypop and side markers installed to run the roads over there.

I think the "lollipop" and side marker lights were added by units in Europe. NATO and some foreign countrys required them or something like that.
