Parts trucks can bring around $1500 and excellent trucks can bring $8000. Any vehicle is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.

Like Warthog said they vary greatly. I picked mine up last year for <$2K but had some rust, electrical issues, starting issues, etc. I've not even discovered all the issues I'm sure but that's what makes it mine and so far I've been happy even though I've been stranded a couple of times. Has it been converted to 12v or still 24v? Does it have a spin on fuel filter or the original? Much rust? 4wd functioning? Any electrical issues (brakes, horn, lights, blinkers, etc)? Has it been lifted? Did you want it lifted? Again, there is no magic number. Look at it and if you like it for that price go for it. This site has information to address any issue you could possibly have and someone has asked or it's in the TMs. BTW - Mandatory to post pics if you drive her home!

My o9 has some rust in the tailgate and above the rear wheels, and rust repair in the rocker panels. runs good, will pass tx state inspection.i have been asking 2k for it.

The question is like asking "how long is a piece of string?" Not enough information for a decent answer. As Warthog said, it's whatever someone is willing to pay and if they're happy with it at that point it's worth it.
