The Price of Freedom Museum and the Carolina Military Vehicle Preservation Association join together for this special D-Day event on Friday, June 4 and Saturday, June 5 at the museum in China Grove, NC. Friday is arrival and set up day for vehicles, re-enactors, displays, etc. Most Friday arrivals will be camping on the grounds Friday night. Vehicles, etc. can still arrive on Saturday. Vehicles, displays, etc. from all war eras are welcome. The event is open to the public on Saturday from 0900 to 1500. A Veteran's Recognition and flag raising ceremony will be at 1000 on Saturday. The museum will be open all day and there will be a free gift for all attending veterans. Trophies will be awarded in 3 catagories for military vehicles by popular vote along with a Best of Show and the Ugliest Truck award.
