I just acquired a Jeep with a Dana 25 front Differential/axel with a "42" stamped on the differential and a overhaul tag labeled with Pueblo Army Depot, Dare 1 64. The steering bell housing is mounted to the Willy's curved tube cross-member. Which Jeep model is this from? Also, has a 9 slot Grill flip up headlamps, flat rear tub, MB dash with glove box, pair of MB Tool boxes at rear of tub, but side fill gas tank, and no tool impressions.

Look on your frame. At the left front outer frame rail near the bumper gussets. Do you have a tag like this? Also, check along to top of the frame rail on the front right (passenger side) near theupper shock mount - possibly at the downward slope going to the rear - there maybe a serial # stamped in to the frame.
