Okay... so lift the one on the bottom right so that the other levers can be moved to select the lights you want on.Well, as far as switches go, there’s two. The smaller lower one is your ignition. It is on or off, controlling the power to the coil and gauges.
The 3 lever switch is your lights. You have to lift the lower right switch to allow either of the other switches to move. Then you can select your choice of lighting, be it service drive (headlights and tail lights) or blackout drive, which is the blackout system.
The other two knobs are choke and throttle. Throttle will basically lock in whatever amount of “pedal” you have.
Choke is used for starting and warm up. Often only needs a a little, and too much can cause flooding.
If this was too basic, sorry. Not sure how familiar you are with any of this.
The manual should have a more in depth explanation of the controls.

How about the little nubbins between the gauges? In the picture it shows one labeled high beam. How are those used?
That is likely the control for the cowl vent. Take a look in the manual, all these questions and more are answered there. Also a lot of the nuances on operating the truck which is a help with these old machines.There is a short metal bar sticking out from under the dash in front of the gear shift. What does that do?
