DC breaker popping?? mep-003a

I have installed all new batteries, I have panel lights now, but when I turn the master switch to the right at all, the dc breaker pops? What do I need to look for? Also, my second mep-003a gen sounds like it needs a starter. Where can I find one?

Often one of the condensers on the fuel pumps will go bad and cause the breaker to pop. Unplug them and see what happens. They can simply be eliminated.
