Deuce driver side window removal

I am trying to rmove the driver side window on a deuce and removed all parts holding the window, however the window will slide smoothly but will not release at the top or up position. Can anyone tell me why it will not release and come out?

I would guess it's hitting on the seals at the top of the door. Once they start to pass them it goes alot easier.

Did you also remove the two stops at the bottom of the glass frame one on each side they look like little pieces of angle with one or two screws in them? I have frogot before and you cant get the glass out with them on.
