deuce fuel filter

HI All I ordered a deuce primary fuel filter from ebay and when I got it. it seems too small it measures about 2.5" to 3" across and about 3" to 4" tall since I have never seen one before I wanted to make sure before I complain I was thinking it would measure about 4" to 5" across and about 8" to 10" tall
any info would be appreciated

It might be half as tall as the canister at best. Sounds like you got the right one.

The primary fuel filter is also a water separator and the lower portion of the canister is reserved for, you guessed it, water. Drain it often! Some of these filters are cleanable and may be used over and over.
