I called them last week because they didn't send all of the exhaust parts that I ordered. Girl said she would tell their shipping dept to send parts out. This was the first that I ordered from them. It took almost a month for parts to arrive.

The EUC is to prevent folks from exporting items WITHOUT STATE DEPARTMENT APPROVAL. Get the approval for the sale, and no limits on how many items you can send. The purpose of the EUC is just to get the authorities involved in an international sale to friendly countries, and to prevent sale of restricted items to countries that don't like us too much.
