This video set (3 parts) documents me building the roof for my HMMWV.
I go through the planning and thoughts behind it and then move on to fabricate the side rails and struts and then show the entire process through the magic of Time-lapse. .
Cost breakdown:
1. Aluminum roof panels - $550
2. Aluminum struts/pipe/rivets - $150
3. Paint (Rapco) - $30
4. Lip for front A Pillar - $100
5. F'k ton of my labor (of love) - $ LOL
