try this on for size
1 new 230.00 alternator (pass side) and 1 that was existing, but tested fine. in order from driver to passender at testing points it goes 14.7dr.....14.7 pass at NG.....was 22.3 and diminished to 19.6 at pass side pos. and front battery was as dead as it can get shortly after. All of the battery drain in this scenario happened in less than an hour but the head lights were on as truck ran.....obviously it seems that the new alt isn't up to snuff......had it tested again at place of purchase....OK....how can I test the alts on the truck individually without causing issues with lac of ground or read back from the batts.. thank you again, and again
