Does Anybody Know The Cummins 8.3L Coolant Flow Direction??

Added a coolant filter but I'm not sure its plumbed right. I have the filter base INLET tee'd into the heater line coming from the right side front of the motor down low behind the water pump. The filter OUTLET is tee'd into the heater line that's midway down the right side of the block next to the big freeze plug for block heater. Right or Wrong? Thanks!

The -10 of the TM section will set you right for the m939 series

Thanks. I did try the TM but it just said they were heater shut off valves. It didn't say which one was inlet/outlet.
