I am in Gainesville GA. you could come and take pictures, how long do you need to borrow it for and what are you going to pull.

An m113 bar may be easier to duplicate than the adjustable medium if you're fabricating one. I'm willing to take detailed pics of mine. You may want to alter the foot end of it so that it will accept the medium towbar feet since they're more common.
I have to wonder though if you can fabricate one cheaper than you can buy one. I know carnac has some and will be at the GA rally....
