Driver side seatbelt?

My shoulder strap on my seatbelt wont retract. Time for a new one. Anyone know where I can get one?

It's an M1008 pickup. Just need the drivers side.

I assume so. I mean when I pull it out, it won't retract or anything else. Just lays limp.
