You'd have to flip the rear hubs to get the rear wheels away from the frame enough to put the inside wheel in. Then you'd need the spacer to keep the tire sidewalls from rubbing. Then the outside wheel will be past your bed. Might work for off road, but forget driving on the road. Plus that's a LOT of weight for the hubs.
