Duplicate title

Do you think I could get a duplicate title from the Dmv instead of paying the 60 from GL

You have to had a title in your name in order to get a duplicate.
Is this one that was titled in your name and then lost or destroyed?

If it is then it will be no problem and even easier if you have a photo copy of the old original.
