The plate with the Ubolt for the cable that goes under the cab?

e brake
yes the plate that holds the cable it bolts directly to the bottom of the e brake handle under cab . also need clevis and pin for e brake. the clevis did not come with the new cable . all this was missing when i purchased truck thanks
