Early M35 deuce history (Studebaker)

I've been searching around the forum and the internets, got early M35 history bug bad, and stumbled across this thread on another forum. Skim about half way down and then to the bottom for the deuce stuff. This guy seems to know a lot about deuces...locking door handles? Cool! I wonder if he and David Doyle know each other, or if he's a member here.
