How come when I connect the "dogbone" between the two batteries there is a small arc? 
I thought I had some type of current draw or short somewhere but could find or hear nothing. I finally went to my second deuce and found that it does the same thing. It has set for days and the battery never shows signs of a drain.
Is there some sort of circuit that senses the initial hook-up then it shuts-off to prevent battery drain?
