Engine Rebuilt DOL Fort Carson

Doing some PM this week changing the secondary fuel filters which are spin-on's, I found a lable stuck to one of the filters, seems to have come off the engine block.
Rebuilt by DOL Fort Carson, has a serial numbers, description "Engine M35A2" but the date field is empty. The WMO tag on the cab is for 9/89.
Just wondering if anyone has ever contacted Fort Carson and tried to get any rebuild info?

And I might add, I actually used the Search and found that this relates to the installation of seat belts and is NOT a rebuild tag of any kind......gotta love that search feature!

Thanks for using the search feature, it works pretty good (sometimes). My MWO (Modified Work Order) tag is painted over, and you are correct, that MWO is for the seat belt install.
