Today I noticed my trucks exhaust pipe where it connects to the drivers side manifold has completely separated from the flange due to rust or maybe gremlins and is leaking major exhaust the other side is fine. Will this cause any performance issues or running issues if I continue to drive it until I source new pipes?

Take it to a good exhaust shop and get them to bend you a new pipe. Have them install it and don't worry about it anymore.

I don't think you will hurt anything on the motor but you may have carbon monoxide issues and it probably smells terrible.
