All,
I got a set of military Exide Brown case 6TMF's They are "mainataince free" according to the sticker, but have instructions on where the electrolyte level should be, and the vent caps unscrew to check the level, just like the green case 6TL's..... Seems like maintaince to me....
On my civilian Dodge pickup truck, it has "maintaince free" batteries, that are sealed, you cant pry off the caps or add electrolyte without destroying the battery..
So are the 6TMF's really maintaince free?
Im going to do some research tonight on it, but anyone got any thoughts?
