Fan Drive Clutch Actuator on NHC 250

I am having an interesting issue. When I run the truck the fan is not engaged for some time. Last night it was about 35F and I was traveling down a level highway at 55. Suddenly that fan came on and would not shut off. Temp's were not high. All fluids are topped off, no signs of overheating at all.

Now to really twist your brain. If I shut the truck off, and restart, it is off again for about 5 or so minutes. Is it the actuator, or is the clutch getting stuck?

It seemed to have corrected itself now. I guess since the truck is being used now, things are starting to function correctly :cookoo:
