Federal Standards Paint Brand Question

Has anyone used this product for repainting their trucks? It is Sherwin Williams Kem 400 Enamel. The guy in the link says he can get all federal standards 595 matched including army, Air Force and marine colors. What does everyone think?

I use the SW Kem-lustral wrought iron flat black and it is perfect in every way. I source this from my local store. It might be possible to source these paints from your local store as well. I know the FS numbers are in their system.
