Replaced the Engine Governor Module in accordance with GuyFang's instructions. I still have a few connections to make for some of the other components, but the motor turning on its own power was enough of a win for me today!!
Well, actually it was Dewie's suggestion. I just gave you the setup instructions. But glad you got it to run.

Your right!

I was looking at an old TM, and when I went to pop the pizza in the oven I reopened the TM file and saw I had looked at a TM from 2002. Sorry.

You can also look under the woodward part number, 8270-1003.

This is also a part number for this governor.

Guyfang, sounds like this thread is somewhat closed out BUT I was actually with you on your first comment with this being the incorrect GCM to begin with on an 804B. The UOC on an 804b is 86Q not YNN. YNN is for a Mep 84a. How are you all agreeing that this YNN is for an 804b?
im also missing a GCM for an 804b and found this thread very helpful. I found a GcM 8270-1003 part but hesitant to purchase after reading that UOC code is for a different gen set altogether.

Incorrectly written…YNN is a UOC code for an 814a not an 804b
