Flip down arm rests? Probably going to have to find something that comes out of a peterbuilt or kenworth, not military.

The air ride seats from the up armor 930 series are comfortable when they work right.

Toy hauler? Like pulling a civilian 5th wheel?

I have an ISRI. Double back adjustable. Non adjustable headrest but I can do 12hrs in it without getting out. I paid 150 for it from a truck junkyard.

I will say this, is you are considering pulling a civilian 5th wheel you need to consider air ride for the pin box.

Retrofit the pin box on the camper to an air ride one and you'll save yourself heartache down the road.

Your pin weight is going to be around 5k if that. Compare that to the max pin weight of 15k on the 931.

The suspension on the 931 will not flex at all and bounce that neck on your camper constantly eventually causing cracks in the welds and metals.

While once or twice a year wouldn't be that bad, going cross country will eventually cause damage to the 5th wheel assembly on the trailer.

Let's not forget all your dishes and stuff being tossed around every bump.

Something like this,

Also ride comfort for long trips in the truck, your butt goes numb after the first 100 miles or so and you forget how uncomfortable the seat is until you hit a bump and your head hits the roof.

Thanks for the suggestions so far Guys. I don't care if the are non MIL seats I picked up an aluminum flat top 42 inch sleeper and plan to notch out the rear of the cab to allow a walk thru , air suspend it and the rear of the cab , then move the batteries in to the sleeper and install multi seating and leave the two stack bunks, Going to fab a custom headache / chain/binder rack and incorporate the already complete rotating hoist lift , , evaluating options for spare. I hadn't thought of the air ride box GOOD suggestion. Ill incorporate it ! Sleeper has a rear entry hatch so iam looking to SQUEEZE a small folding stair in on the side and Squeeze in thru the rear as well. Plan to do a custom aluminum sheet center console between the drivers and co drivers seats that will still allow a walk thru. Replace the current soft top with a Plate steel permanent roof and integrated gun ring. Have been completing small things so far , truck only has 4000 since overhaul , mostly air valves and switches , runs well, was going to turn up power BUT I think I am happy with it the way it is , plenty of grunt and enough HP for my needs with an 18500 k lb fifth wheel, Trans modulates well. Added LED ten inch back up light. Low range reverse lock out linkage, repaired the CITS and the anti lock brakes, Added main power lock out, keyed ignition and door locks, air cleaner up grade . Any other suggestions are appriciated Wife wants some nice leather Captains seats ( you know the adage Happy wife , happy life ) Was looking at a block heater , but started just fine at 14 below today. and it will spend its next life ini the desert south west

I'd be interested to know more about your door locks. Are you referring to replacing the outside handles with the keyed ones?

I used the a ricaro air ride seat from A bus works great. As for setting up to pull your trailer Iam looking at setting up a remote dolly to pull my horse trailer on my 813 which should give the ply-abilty or soft suspension ones trailer would need.

If your dolly is based on say a 3500 rear end and suspension then yes no problem.

Also with dollys you're adding another pivot point. Actually nice for turns, horrible in backing up.

Yes keyed door handles, got them from a source frequently seen on here , They work , but, I suspect made in China California. not as "substantial " as Mil SPec , suspect I'll be retrofitting them in the spring, remind me of "screen door handle quality "

I got the same ones from the same company for my 818. They serve the purpose but I know what you're referring to about.

Silverstate55 has some really nice seats in his M931A2. It's as comfortable to ride in as my redtruck (or moreso).
Awww, thanks!! My seats are air-rides from a HEMTT, 98G brought them back from OKC for me last year. I fabbed up bases for them based on HEMTT/LVS ones, but the seats ended up being too high; I cut the bases down to around 1-1/2 inches tall and now they seem just right (the air ride seats seemed a bit too low without the bases). I modified the bases to fit into stock floor captive nuts, giving a stock-like appearance. The passenger seat seems close to the passenger door though, but it makes for a lot of room for a center console and/or air conditioning installs. They make a HUGE difference on trips!

Careful with the blaspheming against Red Truck, don't need any more issues while you're out in the middle of nowhere!!
