First Deuce bobbing project

This is my first attempt at bobbing a deuce. It is a project to promote a breast cancer program at my place of business. It will be used in parades and things of this nature. Is there any particular duece I should avoid? I will probably be purchasing from the local fed surplus as we are a govt. agency. Are there any modifications needed to the front end and how big can the tires be? I appreciate all the help I can get.
