Fly wheel and rear main part numbers

I am going to have to rebuild my transmission and would like to replace my rear main seal at the same time and possibly my flywheel. Do any of you have a good part numbers for these?

I'd start with the GM part numbers listed in either the -20p or -34p TM's, and use those in a google search to see what is out there.

Part numbers vary. I just buy a neoprene 2 piece rear main seal and a flex plate for a 1984 J code diesel with a 400 turbo transmission. the Flexplate is less then $50. and the rear main seal about $20.
