Gentlemen:
I searched and maybe I am not using the correct verbiage but I can't find a video on installing the canvas cover on the cargo area of one of these trucks. I figured out the front and back after installing backwards but now I know. What has got wondering not is the stra[p configuration on the inside area. There has got to be an intended way they meant to install this. I am sure it is in the manual but I would probably end up more confused than I am now.
All help would be appreciated.

Not sure of your question, but the middle strap just evenly divides the roof cross bed support bars and keeps everything seperated. i added an addditional flat curved bar for more roof support due to snow loads in my area. depending on what cover you have is going to vary what kind of straps are on the inside of the cover. i had snaps that go around the bars and most even in summer heat are impossible to stretch maybe because its intended for the newer hoops that come apart. the Hoops have straps that clip over the outside barbs to hold them down. Not sure what else you are asking

Thank you for the reply.
Inside the canvas are long straps about every 12" apart and they are located on the upper side all the way around, not on the front and the back.
These straps are 12" in length on one side and 3" length on the other end of the strap with 2 metal D shaped rings. Well I figure the D shaped rings are for making the clamp per se for the other end. Being so long what are they intended to wrap around, at the same height as the strap you have the metal pipes that run longitude.
I guess my question is with the canvas on the pipe frame, how is it intended to all strap down?
Then you have the matter of the outside bottom where they supply rubber bunny chords of length. Is there a proper way to install those?

So I went to YouTube and "CallMeColt" had an incredibly detailed video on storage, assembly, disassembly, and storage of the canvas and frame. Yes, my questions have been answered and if you have a half an hour to kill, I would recommend watching the video. Thank you Farmin
Small Kubota and wherever you are Colt, I'll call you whatever you want! Happy New Year.

On my cover which was a brand new one I got from army trucks Inc, the people at the factory who made it did a terrible job of getting the right pieces in the right places. On the inside where the straps are short straps for strapping it to the pipes and long straps for when you roll it up, half of the long straps were on the inside of the stitching and half of them were on the outside of the stitching making a little difficult to install properly. Not only that but some of the short straps had loops and some of them didn't and some of the long straps had loops and some of them didn't so they didn't install the right straps in the right places or with the right lengths. it still works, but it's a little wonky. Definitely quality control at that tarp company was severely lacking!

Also, and not in Colts video. When the troop seats are up and you place the seat holding sleeve in, if you run the rubber cord around the fold out legs for each seat, they wont clank when you drive.
