Looks like a Bubba modification. Someone probably just put a dually axle under a regular 1031 or put a SECM body on a dually.

All parts were original to something.
Yet a 1031 has a PTO driven Gen/Welder doesn't it?
I'd speculate that a SECM from an M887 was put on a M1028A2 truck.
The sales listing doesn't show the trucks data tags or mention the M number.

This may be correct, as there is a Hobart welder / generator and no PTO.
