I am hosting 150 World War II re-enactors for a private "tactical" weekend at the active Army base at Fort Custer Training Center, Augusta Michigan (just west of Battle Creek)
I can use a couple of large military trucks to transport troops to and fro the training areas to the barracks. A semi private room in barracks are available for the drivers, travel fuel rebate negotiable!
