Left around 3:45 AM this morning to go to Red River Army Depot.
Got some goodies. Got my two bolster trailers as well as steelsoldiers BII kits.

Not sure yet. Either big tree and chain hoists, or we have an overhead lift at work, gotta ask the capacity first though.

I think I'd have chocked the stuffing out of the one trailer, and flipped the other trailer up on it OR something to get it home. Easier to flip it back out.

They didn't have the means to, so this was the best I could do.

Drop the tailgate, wrap a chain thru the trailer lunette and that chain to a tree on a grassy area. Pull forward slowly until the lunette is on the ground then drop the clutch on your truck and let the trailer fall the 4-5 feet to the ground.

The stencil markings on the two crates says "M923" & "Cargo Truck".... surely that's not a pair of inflatable M923's, IS IT <LOL>

Just checked the overhead lift at work. Rated for 3 tons. So I can get it out pretty easy. Woot !

used for hauling long items like telephone poles and stuff like that. The tongue extends out something like another 5 feet and they have brackets that mount to the sides to keep them (the poles) from rolling off the sides
