Front axle lubing thangs

Today I tried to did right and lube me front knuckles or whatever you call them.
I loosened/took-out the allen headed things on the right side and pumped my guts out with the hand greaser thing but nothing came out them there holes. How much does it take? a full cartridge? On the other side.... many I am telling ya what......I couldn't bust loose them dat- blurn allen-headed thangs.

I believe it is about 2 lbs to be put in. In any case some penetrating oil may be necessary if the plug won't come out. Mine came out easily. Could it have some tread-lock on it? You never know.
