I have to replace my ctis seals on one of my front hubs. A couple of questions for the group.

What gear oil to use? I know 75-90w but which synthetic have you found to run cooler?

Any tips from those that have done this? How much swearing will be done?

I had to replace both left and right seals on the front axle and I just put back regular gear oil in the hubs. IMO the hardest part was getting the tire off and pulling the brake drum off, had to back the brakes off a little for the drum to come off. Pay close attention to how everything comes apart, it all needs to go back the same way and you will have lots of bolts and things to keep track of.
