I was fixing the breaks on my Deuce and noticed that the fuel line from the steel line to the Motor was leaking. My problem is that none of the parts stores have the fittings for the line they said that the fittings are larger than anything they have. any ideas or where i can find the part.

Perhaps a plumbing supply store can help out, I got some fuel line fixit parts from a plumbing supply house when Lowes and Home Despot couldn't come through.

Depending on the problem, you might want to just upgrade to flex line or a simple rubber hose. I have a mashed line going into the primary fuel filter, and I just cut the line with a hacksaw, replaced the steel coupler on the primary with a brass plumbing fitting, and used rubber fuel line from Auto-Zone with some stainless clamps, and problem was fixed.

I don't have any steel line on mine. It came with copper from tank to the primary from there copper crossed over to the cloth covered rubber flex and into the IP pump. From the IP to the secondary was plastic and plastic from final filter back to the IP head or FDC. The copper stuff should be had at Lowes or Home depot. I have not yet used the Synflex plastic line that we get from NAPA for the fuel line but it was said that this will work.

You might try finding what you need at an automotive or commercial truck shop that makes hydraulic hoses.
