Fuel line hose sizes at fuel filter

The fuel line hoses that enter and exit the fuel filter/ water separator on the M998....
The inside diameter ID of the supply house and the ID of the smaller exit hose?????

I'm assuming the supply house is 3/8" ID
Trying to plan for the filter relocation. Thanks.

According to the part numbers given in the parts manual...when cross-referenced turns up 3/8"ID for the 9438373 hose and 1/4"ID for the 9438257 hose.
