Ok, replaced a cracked and plugged (by the military) fuel vent hose. It was plugged off at the top near the fuel neck. I assumed it was a vent hose and not suppose to be plugged but now, even with only 3/4 of a tank of fuel and backed up my driveway, rear bumper is level with head lights so the angle isn't that great, it is leaking out when the tank warms up in the sun.
What did I miss??? Is there a check valve or something there that we didn't see when replacing the line or should it be plugged. Not sure it should be plugged but neither should it be leaking that much fuel out the top.........also when you open the fuel cap, the pressure is released and so it stops dripping out.
Thanks ahead of time.
