Fuel water seperator application

I bought a triwall of goodies a couple weeks ago it had 50 or so of these filters buried down at the bottom and Im trying to find the correct application for them. I know for sure they fit the LMTV but do they fit other trucks like the 3116 cat in the M35A3 I did a search and came up with nothing definate. It would be a shame to get rid of them if they can be used in other applications beside military trucks they are all new in the boxes.

those look like the filter set up I am trying to put on my deuce(wix makes some). I saw these things on a newer straight truck with a cumins in it. there is a plastic bowl(transparent) that has a petcock on the bottom that screws on to that filter so you can let the water out. very nice set up but the housing is something like a few hundred dollars!! so I am trying to find another one that will fit those.

I saw set ups like you describe on ebay while researching apps for these filters.
