gear reduction help

What is the gear deduction for a garwood 45000lb deck winch on a M819. I am converting it to hydraulic on my wrecker due to major problems coupling it; like no power divider and having problems getting pto for my 4speed OD Spicer Auxillary gearbox, not finding a reversible PTO

The hydraulic shop needs this info for the sizing of the motor and pump.

I marked the winch drum and the in put shaft .turning the in put by hand 8 turns moves the drum 1/4 of the way a round = 32 to 1 hope this helps kenny
