Gear Shift Knob

I can't believe how hard it is to find a plain old shift knob!!

Where would you all recommend I search (without driving around!) for a replacement knob for the "naked" shift lever in my M109A3??

Drill and tap a billiard ball for the gear shift handle. I plan on doing it for my truck here shortly....
