I've been reading prior post about this issue, but none seem to fix my problem, both alternators are new and tested good, batteries are new, both alternator lights come on before start and then go off, the gen 2 light flickers with no rhyme or reason while driving, sometimes The volt meter gauge will move around with light on but never goes out of the green. Both belts are new and tight. Help anyone?

Dirty connections in the GEN2 wiring circuit. Usually at the 2pin excitor plug on the alternator

Many times they test good, but are not.

It's cheap, change it.

Originally you said they were new, now you say they were rebuilt.

Many guys test the alt and do not change the regulator(or other parts).

I'm sorry I meant rebuilt, put a new voltage regulator in, light is still flickering, I seem to be eating starter solenoids also, not sure if this is a separate issue or not?
